2. Setup a policy that will make every voice counts and there will be an anonymous feedback email address that every staff can channel their views, complaints, and opinions.

One of the goals for creating this tracking tool is to serve as a reminder and assist in understanding my leadership skills and help in building capacity for change because this will lead to a better improvement in the organization. Moreover, tracking tools will help in personalizing PD strategies and reflect on the outcomes as it pertains to work in the classroom.
